VEMS trigger sensors
VEMS trigger sensors
I know with megasquirt, I can use hall sensors in place of the VR sensors for the flywheel trigger sensors. Would it be possible to do this with VEMS as well?

Would it be worth the change though? From what I found with a quick search, it looks like the OEM sensors are $120+ each. The hall sensors I'm looking at cost $22 each, and the adaptors I'm looking at making for them would cost about $40 each.

Re: VEMS trigger sensors
I can get the oem sensors for around $60 new each if you dont mind them being non color coded anymore.
they rarely fail unless they get hit with something.
so, "no", its not really worth swapping them to hall IMO.
