Re: Block Heaters

Now I am wondering... I have a beefy power inverter hard-mounted to my RX-7. It takes forever to warm up to temp. The wheels are going thus: What if I mounted a block heater and powered it off of the voltage inverter after the engine is running?

Fuel economy would hopefully skyrocket, as fuel enrichment on warmup is as high as 240%. I can get as little as 2mpg with cold start city driving...
