1)Wing ventilation, made to me. deflector is welded from MB, like from a "sprinter"
2) No, not hard. only it is necessary to connect the wiring. I would plug in a regular place, instead of native climates. schemes understood. evaporator take from A6 / S6 c4, stove also from them, and so kondeya tube remains native. or you can change everything on c4 body. control unit take from S4 91-94 or V8 4.2 92-94
3) speech about adjustable column? and the steering wheel from the S6?

Dmitry , I have three questions.
1. How did you do on passenger ventilation wing?
2. How difficult was it to go to the new style , dual air conditioner control panel?
3. What did you do to get the steering wheel with three spokes to match?

Girdles with or without bolts and "washers" can be bought from http://webshop.cp-service.se/en/67-audi. Lots of good stuff for 5cyl 20vt 8-)

Also billet main bearing caps etc.

VEMS assembled today tried to start it . on my father's brain did not see the MAP sensor. my sees everything . but it must be calibrated by .. I have something to back happened , it hurts that horror. barely walk .

Of course not so beautiful as when you buy ready . but cheaper. in which case you can remove vems . and put regular brain and go !

unfolded intake manifold. the week will change valve cover , will AAN ventilated head. manifold and put a big front cooler .

I have all the costs of the AAN. And everything works fine . )
I removed the air conditioner . because I do not like it . I can not stand it. alas ..
