Help! Video inside, battery change cause center display malf

Hey fellas,
So I wanted to change the walmart everstart battery that was in the 200. I got a centennial and swapped them out this morning...As I went to fire it up I realized the center display was all F*cked up.... I literally just changed the batteries, nothing else. Everything else seems normal with the car...Is there something located under the seat that I could have shorted?
