20V Exhaust Manifold Flanges

I’m wondering if anyone would be interested in 20V exhaust flanges?

I’ve been working with a local manufacturer to produce 1/2” flanges. These will be a great base to build from, and are going to require a LOT of head to warp them. There is also ample material to plane, if they do warp for some reason.

Right now they’ll be made of stainless (304) and I’m hoping for some mild steel flanges as well.

Below is the prototype in acrylic on an OEM AAN flange for size. We’re going to open the ports another 1mm to allow bevelling and not restricting the ports.

I’m still working on finalized pricing but would love to see who’s interested in an initial batch.
