WTB: B3 driver's side door handle/lock gear

Looking for a driver side door handle for my 88 90Q. I specifically need a gear in the assembly, but if no one will sell me just the gear, I will buy a full door handle along with the gear(with or without the lock cylinder).

Here is the gear I am looking for (albeit a broken example), the only part that I actually need:

Used to be available from Audi, looks like they still are. I had to buy one for my old 90, and for an old 200q20v. Replacement part is stamped metal instead of the crappy cast pot metal original design.
