VEMS Configurations

so my laptop recently decided it was the right time to need a restore. I saved all of my old VEMS files on a hard drive before restoring it. How do I load the most recent configuration on? If I plug my laptop into my car and open VEMS will it put the configuration onto my computer?

I feel dumb asking since its a simple thing, but I'd rather not wipe out my 'tune'
