that car you mentioned above had a 3.5 all the way back, and chopped the rear wheel well off and welded a sheet of metal in there so the 'floor' was higher up. they also used an 034 aluminum rear diff mount back there, not that i think that made any more of a difference. im gonna see what i can do with the 4 inch that i already have, if i cant figure something out then ill most likely just step it down to 3.5" right before the rear diff front mount. only issue is ill have to get a new muffler because im thinking going from 4"...to 3.5"....back to 4"....would hurt flow more then just stepping it down from 4" to 3.5"

so far those 255s are cutting it pretty good. i just noticed this evening that the rears are rubbing a bit where the rear bumper meets the end of the rear flares...nothing a dremel wont fix over the weekend. i hammered down first gear for the first time and ripped second last night, the car just shat and gat. im super duper excited to crank the boost more and more then get to the track and see what she can do now that it hooks much better down low. also, the shift light is probably up damn near the top of my list of things i love that i did to the car, it makes driving it balls out SO much easier, just hammer down and wait for that light to blink and blast the next gear. that coupled with the shifter extension we made, and im so far rowing through gears like never before. hopefully track will be this upcoming week or next, id like to make it out at least once before fall show and go down at Etown end of September.

you like em that color? i dont mind them for now, but come wintertime when ive got lots of downtime to stare at the car, i think ill end up powdercoating them some sort of color....maybe just do the spokes and leave the lips polished. we shall see.

H20 is a hike, and as much as putting worlds of hurt down on some poopras on the street sounds like fun, its highly unlikely it will actually happen. the car will however make fall show and go at Englishtown on September 23rd. And possibly even the WCF down at MIR in November, we shall see.

its surely a 5 foot paint job, and it needs a decent wetsand and buff to be perfect perfect. but for this year, going fast is the goal til the snow falls.

put a GoPro in the engine bay facing the fun stuff this afternoon to see what i could catch, pretty nifty. got another video of some 2-3 pulls i did as well uploading to youtube right now, stay tuned.
