Good... all the parts and $ from the sale are pretty much in elQUANTUMino, except for the ECU and some minor plumbing....

I think as part of the import you at least have to provide an update of some sort! :)

11 year bump?

Just picked up a c5 RS6 motor for the car. Going to pull the motor and swap to factory me7 (we tune these all the time). Turbos will likely change while I’m at it from what’s in there now.

Kinda excited to revive this thing. Needs a thorough interior cleanup and probably a vinyl wrap.

got the nose pulled this weekend. Cooling system is going to get a major re-work. not enough fan area so i'm likely to add an additional auxillary radiator to the passenger fender area.

looking over the c5 motor my primary area of concern is clearance to the brake booster. the c5 has a lot going on back there in terms of coolant lines and EGR piping that will need dealing with. turbos i'm likely to get lazy and just use my existing manifolds with some better turbos. i just have to confirm the manifold flange is the same.

I tripped, fell, and decided a 4.0t was a better plan. Shorter better packaging and more efficient

What year 4.0t did you grab it from (does it matter all that much?) curious on the dimensions, that is going to be a wild package in a CQ!! Hope to see some build pics.
