1.2.38 manually turn on fuel pump to start?

I have a very strange problem occurring everytime (out of 2 lol) I upload firmware 1.2.38 to my econoseal. I got no start last time at a gas station , where I did the update, for probably a half hour or hour afterwards. Finally I got it working without changing ANYTHING except I took the time to upgrade my water/meth lines to industrial stuff. I left the fw and tune the same during the wait. I went back to the previous version the next day since .38 is a test beta fw.

Today I did the update at home and actually made the tune the way I want. I'm finding the only way for the car to almost start is by putting output menu in test mode and manually turning on the fuel pump!

What firmware were you in previously?

I believe there's a PWM feature that might be on by default in .38
