Baller! This thing is so badass

What'd you have to do to fit those rear seats? I'm wondering if you came up with a better solution than mine, especially with regards to the headrests and seatbelt guides, since I haven't even gotten around to implementing those

Hah. It's barely in there. Since the back portion of the seat is narrower and has the headrest holes in the wrong spots I only have two of the four pins in there.
Gonna go back to picknpull and grab the belts I think, cause the t44 buckles and middle belt thing dont fit with these seats.

I'm contemplating just cutting some holes in the leather for the other 2 headrest pin, lock in, things. Whatever theyre called, just so its mounted fully.

EFR7163 in
boost controller problems. Either 0% or 100% when plugged in and random. One pull its pushses 0%, then the next one itll do %100 and quickly overboost, and then the next 12 pulls will be back to 0%. No consistency. Even when set to 0% in VEMS. Wiring maybe. Tried two different controllers.

Manually adjusted boost to about 18PSI with Adjustable wastegate.

HolyShit this thing is a riot.

Hmm yeah weird on the boost control. It worked before the efr swap? You can test its output in VEMS, you'll hear or feel it click once. You'll have to have the car off so you can tell.

I wanted to run these x10's so badly... settled on 9's since I didn't have the fender, but I'm REALLY pumped to see this on yours!

oh wow it's been a little while.
If you've been keeping up with the cars IG, TurdQuat (I don't even run that instagram page btw) this won't be news to you.
Got wheels and tires mounted.
got v8 bumper mounted.
Went to a TimeTrials event on an old airstrip.(really just high speed autocross)
Did pretty well all things considered. Two drivered the car during the event with my brother who didn't have his coupe done yet.
Started getting a trigger error issue about a week before the event and chocked it up to fuel tuning. Once we got to the event and actually pulled out the laptop, we immediately knew due to the whole red bar saying TRIGGER ERROR. Error is Too many primary triggers. Because of this trigger issue we were knocking on high boost.
We turned boost down to about 14 PSI and dropped timing across the board by a good bit just to keep it together. Plan was to drop boost anyways since the brakes on this thing are pitiful.
Brakes got fucked beyond belief anyways. Came apart in chunks and toasted the rotors after one day, so only ran Saturday. Pretty much expected this to happen.
Car has kinda just sat since we got back. Digging into it more this weekend after I do some S4 maintenance.

Oh and it has a rear bumper again...

Now that you have the Fox body wheels on, are the old wheels up for sale by chance?

Eh, sorry Sam. the guy who gave them to me has first dibs.
I'll probably give them back to him and find a different set for around town tires.
Maybe throw some less sticky tires on these and run some RPF1's for race-time. Whatever. Other priorities right now.

Some times from Saturdays runs.
I'm pretty sure I would have beat Colin's best time on my third run, but I fucked up at literally the last 10 feet and hit a cone and came to a full stop for what felt like a solid 5 seconds.
Final run the car in front of me broke down and tried to coast to the end of the course, which made me catch him and get a re-run. My brakes fully disagreed with running a final re-run and decided to practically catch fire.

What tires are on there now? I am guessing something in the 200 wear rating. Those guys in the 113s are surely on R-comps. Both of you being at the top of the list for street tires is pretty awesome.

It's got Falken Azenus RT615k+'s on it now. Pretty new tire and pretty cheap. I'm really happy with them for the price.
The first and second BRZ and WRX were both on Slicks. The BRZ was running some pretty serious Aero and a supercharger, and the WRX had what looked like 18x12 wheels with what had to have been 305's or bigger.

Love the look of the car and the new wheels. Maybe I missed it but could you tell me the wheel offset please. Hard to tell but it looks like the wheel sticks out about 3" further than stock. If this is the case they might fit on my car after 5 lug conversion.

Thanks
