Just put a set of new Bosch green giants in my 2.6L 20v, running an 034 1C
Was running generic 30lb. injectors with E85, my main scaler was almost at 19ms.
With the new injectors I dropped it down to 13ms.
Runs really good when warming up, using an idle valve for idle control.
Once the idle props when the engine warms up it dies and will not idle under 1200rpm.
I'm seeing about 3ms. at idle for the inj, the idle will drop super low and the pulse width goes way up to 10-15ms!
I backed off on acceleration enrich, no change,
leaned the map out below idle, no change
swapped the idle valve, no change
swapped ECU's, no change
played wit the idle valve response time, no change
What the hell?!?!?
Do I have to buy another set of injectors????
!!@#$#^!%&^$@!^! won't idle with new green giants!

I think you might have some other issue here, not the injectors.

Did you check the spray patterns like someone on QW suggested?

Nope, ran fine yesterday with the old injectors, see my other post....

No way of doing that.
New in box, no signs of age, bought from reputable supplier.
Engine runs fine, smother that with old injectors, see my other post....
But it won't idle below about 1200rpm, pulse width is at about 3ms.
Idle will drop really low and pulse width will jump up to 10-15ms as if accel. enrichment is engaged....

Calm down. Have you tried richening the mixture at all?

Did you adjust the offset along with the main scaler? Main scaler is used to get close at WOT, offset will quickly tune in the idle and part throttle. Also try applying a minimum PW to see if you really are encountering a minimun PW issue. The motor will still run, just very rich.
The fact it just dies has me suspect the offset value.

It seems like I've tried everything!
Here's a ton of screenshots,
some of them are from the old 30lb. injector setting,
accel enrich is currently off,
I cranked up the idle valve trying to get it to respond quicker after blipping the throttle.
I'm using roughly 65% throttle mix at idle to smooth out the map response, otherwise the values jump around alot and so does the mixture, I'm only @ 65% around 1000rpm, below that it's off, maybe I should run it off of the throttle position at and below idle instead?
Again, engine runs really well and smooth as long as I turn the throttle stop so it idles around 1200rpm.

Re: !!@#$#^!%&^$@!^! won't idle with new green giants!
FIXED IT!!!! UGHHHH!!!!!!!
It was the throttle fuel map... I put in 1.72 instead of .172!!
How should I set my pressure?? It's at 45psi. @ idle with vacuum attached.....?
