short video from battle born quattro 7

Post by westco4k »

here is a short video we put together from battle born this year.

disclaimer: we tried to get more car sounds in this one but nobody wanted to get loud near the camera and I wasn't invited to the launch control party on sunday lol :idunno:

And awesome video, it's kinda surreal knowing where it was and then seeing Dana and his car hanging out. Very jealous of everyone who made it.

yea man, it was weird for me too. Its even weirder since my car has been on jackstands in the corner of the shop since I got home where it has spent most of its time in the last 4 years, like it never left, covered in grime. It is surreal to remember just a month ago I was thousands of miles away and 70 degrees warmer in the same car.

Battle Born Hangover. This is why we do it though, otherwise these things would be on jackstands forever. It was great meeting you Dana. Thank god you guys were prepared for just about anything, unlike Hank and I, LOL. My favorite is still the roadside battery troubleshooting. Why stop to get a wrench to tighten the cables when you can just hammer it a few times with whatever blunt object is nearby!

Excellent to meet you too. Glad I had the tools, it was pretty fun to wrench on an epic car in an epic location with some old audi OG's.
"car wont start"......"ecu must be dead, fuckin marc!" "oh, the batter cable fell off"

I see you, Wiley, and Marc there and think "Dang, I just hung out with these guys at Carlisle!" Cool that some people have been to both shows.
