Smugly says, "......gonna drive it all day everyday, like we can with these cars."

Burns it to the ground next pass.

Great job Hank! High power Lambos and GTRs are stale to me anymore, 850hp out of that TTRS is more interesting in my opinion.

Although I understand that, those platforms are very popular in this kind of racing for a reason. I thought I spotted an S6 C4 for moment, but after reviewing, nah. The Russians sometimes use the RS6 C6 platform in Ultimat 500. I did not expect to see Hank there. Suddenly, BANG! Hank, Iroz Motorsport. I understand now why he is so busy.

That was an awesome weekend :). Hank built a hell of a car that did probably two dozen runs at very consistent speeds without really any issues--including 600 miles of driving to the event and back. Super impressive, especially considering some of the fast local cars he and his customer were running against and beating. In car video of a 18xmph pass: https://www.facebook.com/albyno883/vide ... =2&theater

Maybe related to the Lambo guys not being stoked about showing their car burning down...?

Super annoying that underground racing had enough pull to get thay video pulled. We stayed an extra day with accommodation knowing superstreet was filming and the failure of one car gets the media exposure deleted.....

Anyway, another cool video of the weekend

I wish I had saved it to reupload it, but I didn't think that that would be grounds to remove it... Don't think anyone is surprised that a 2000hp car blew up. That's not cool.

That's super lame of UGR. But it's not surprising. Just another member of society who chooses not to take responsibility for his own actions. If you blew it up, admit it! If I was a potential customer, now I'd be wondering what else they were hiding from me. I'd rather see the failed engine and a solution to the problem.

Ahhh I see. PTE sponsoring it makes sense. That's a good example of why I'm still uneasy about Precisions. I'm curious why it failed. I know EFRs have been failing too, but at least it is because they have been run off of their maps in most cases.

thats a fairly substantial difference, isn't it? when a company can give you a spec for maximum shaft rpm and proper compressor maps it says something about the turbo and the company behind it. I think the ones that have failed on hank he has the data to show he was over the engineered max rpm by a fair margin. My 8374 that was supposed to go on my quattro got failure tested in this way. Not crying though, a 9174 aluminum chra unit is the replacement ;)

It's stupid that they removed the video,
that being said, it'd be pretty simple to re-edit the video a tiny bit and just remove that part so at least the video can still exist without the UGR burning down.
