HELP I need a bumper skin part # that's NLA!

I need this for an insurance appraisal for my 1991 audi 200 Q 20vt. The front bumper was damaged by a ham fisted car passenger who later physically assaulted me unprovoked.

Progressive picked the first random part that was not NLA in the diagrams and appraised it instead lol. Shit I'm not gonna settle for that!

Please I need a part # for the front bumper skin which the dealer told me was #1 in ETKA in the diagram. Anyone got one used that they could give me a price for it. Technically you can ask whatever you want for it I think. The piece they chose was this chrome piece:
