You're only ~300ft closer to sea level on Long Island than in Pittsburgh - that is not enough to make any significant difference. And the valves were not "leaking" at any point under my ownership - last compression test ~6 weeks before you purchased the car was 170-180psi across the board.
Sorry to hear about the issues with the clutch.
All good man, it's a high performance car these things unfortunately sometimes happen.
I spent about 7 hours today going over the entire car, the only thing I could find is some corrosion on the Cam Positioning Sensor which I had to solder a new pig tail on during the head install. I'm thinking since the issue I'm having is intermident it could potentially be that. Regardless I'm having my local Audi shop look over the car as well, I'm getting a new CPS and having the car street tuned for the time being. Ill have some more news later in the week.
Now decisions..
Should I get a Stage 4 Drag Clutch and keep the car around 525whp or do a twin disc now and go ham. Lol..
