I agree those wheels are tits! I would prefer black wheels, I had them on my FWD 200 and I love the contrast between the black and maroon?:???: (Sorry don't know the name of the color).

Guys,

So i just replaced the caliper that was acting up when i replaced the brake lines. I used the one from my FWD 200 as it was the identical caliper. Took me about 45 min to replace. Including bleeding the lines agian. The brakes did improve compared to the way they were but still not 100%. So the issue now is that once im braking i have to get on the pedal hard for the brakes to fully brake. If i dont get on the pedal hard, the car begins to slow down but keeps creeping, feel like theres not enough pressure being applied. Could this be the master cylinder failing? or is there other parts i need to check first?

any advice or tips are always appriciated.

I would definitely check the MC - Are you 100% sure the whole system is bled? Power bleeder is easy insurance for sure - Does your Bomb look ok?

Well I bleed all four corners again, its like the 4th time. The front passenger caliper had some air in it. I also added a little bit more brake fluid to compensate for the longer brake lines. It made a big difference. Now it's drive able but it could be better. How can I check the MC to make sure it's working right?

Where can I buy them? Wouldn't hurt to make sure I don't have air in the system. Which one is the bomb?

I also decided to change to Grey hood it came with with the hood from the FWD 200.

Wow! Looks magnificent - I think there is a bleeder right on the MC itself (Someone correct me) next up should be some koni+H&R's if its improving I would really rent one from an auto parts place or buy a cheap speed bleeder (or even the check valve bleeder screws)

you make me want to get a DA and go to town buffing my car.

Thanks! I appreciate that. I will look at the master cylinder tomorrow. I'm gonna see if I can rent one close by, if not I'll buy one. I rather do it regardless for the peace of mind. I noticed that I have yellow bilstein shocks in the rear. The front looks stock.

I usually just use the brush at the car wash then I rinse with wax instead of water. Then I dry it off, the roof and trunk don't look as good. The sun destroyed the clear and its peeling.

Im still need a few more parts. Work has been quite busy, but i finally got the 20v back from the shop. I got some cats put on so i could do emissions, but i wasnt able to get them done since my temp gauge wasnt working. Im gonna take the cluster from one of the other 200s and get them done. After that im hoping to get alot more done to it.

Whats up everyone,

After taking a break from the 200. I figured it was time to get back up on that horse. It was time to fix the temp. Guage and get my emissions done. After passing my emissions with flying colors, the 200 was ready for daily use. The first thing on my list was to put the dash and back together. Next, was some well deserved maintance. I began with replacing the engine oil, oil filter and spark plugs. I also replaced the block breather hose that was mushy and falling apart with a silicone hose from 034 motorsport.

Today i had replace the alternator since my battery light began to flicker and the 200 began to feel slugish. After some research i ended up using the alternator of my 20vt. Seems like everything is good so far, on my way home i did a nice pull on the high way and she boosted 20 lbs and held it. Oh, how i have missed thd boosted life!

The next thing i would like to do is convert to coils. I am having a hard time findinga kit for the 200 20vt (3B). So if anyone knows where i can find one it would be appricated!

Although I plan to do those coils too. I meant the coil to plug. I wanna be able to run coil packs instead of spark plug wires. Sorry about that. I appreciate the help tho, at least now I know where to find info on coilovers.

Oh haha. Nick has done it on his. Just need the coils and Marc can make you a harness if you're on vems. If you aren't running standalone, then I don't think you'll have much luck converting to coilpacks.

You can do it by using an AAN ECU and pin swapping your 3B harness to match it.

Can the AAN ecu run boost? Or would I have to do something else beside the pin swapping to make it work?

Sure can! Since the AAN was found in the UrS4 and UrS6, you'll just be running UrS4 management with 5 individual coils, and your distributor would just be repurposed as a cam position sensor. I really appreciate the link. I would eventually like to run VEMS but before I get there I have a lot of maintance work I gotta do. Thanks again!
