10 bent intake valves (cyl 3 were almost perfect though).
8 collapsed lifters
4 seats were damaged and had to be slightly reground.
Official causes of failure:
Cat camshaft was not machined perfectly on the area where the gear clamps giving only ~10% of the normal clamp force. See image:

The dark ring is the only portion of the gear that was grabbing the cam nose.
Also, the tommis billet center lug wasn't machined perfectly. The key was slightly too tall to allow the lug to fall all they way down the cams keyway.
The head should be back later this week or next.
Intercooler came. This thing should be fun to get situated...
