Control Arm Bushings and Subframe Mounts B3 90, need help.

I need new bushings, the 034 ones are not in the budget right now. My front control arms are new so I'm not replacing those. I found Meyle HD bushings on FCP Euro and apparently they are a solid rubber version that would be an upgrade as well. I'm having a hard time finding rear HD ones for the stamped arms that my 90 has. In fact the only rear control arm bushing replacement I find on FCP Euro are the Whiteline bushings, which I would love to have but I'm pretty sure they are for the forged arms only.

The subframe I'm a bit confused about. Here are my choices. The stock rear ones look like this:



I would like to get these:



I'm just not sure they will fit. Any advice?

Just realized that the 034 subframe bushings are nearly the same price when everything is all said and done. Maybe I'll go with those.
