Replaced the ignition switch (electrical part) only to find out that it's the lock cylinder that is the problem. Not interested in doing it again so ignition button is the solution.

Well shit! 4FOXSN8X was denied as a plate due to derogatory offensive sayings which could include text message vernacular, slang, or acronyms. No vanity plate for me I guess.

I am having a really hard time convincing myself not to get too excited. ECU is moving north from Toronto as I type, will most definitely be here tomorrow unless something stupid happens. If everything goes as it should, I'll be driving the car tomorrow. If it goes the way the rest of this car/build has been going, something will break or not work right.
EEEEEEeeeee

Haha... thanks Chris. I also just forgot that I have to wire up a push button start as the new ignition switch only made the hard key-start worse (as in non-working at all). Damn it.

So I get spark when testing ignition outputs but nothing when cranking. Injectors fire. I just tapped my button into the big red wire (battery) and red with black stripe (starter). Words a treat but no spark. I loaded an old config so.... Hmmmm

can you verify for me with the triggerlog that you are getting plenty of primary triggers? that part stays the same. its just the secondary that will need mods on the hardware. you have to de-couple the auditrigger solder pad inside the ecu. been busy getting ready for //s fest tomorrow but I'll get it to you.
