Radiator was probably replaced at one point and the PO probably bought the cheaper one. just an idea.
Did some 20v 200's not come with aux radiators? donno.

Can you confirm that this is 100% bolt on?
From what I have been told by guys like Ron, Derek, and Jesper; yes it is bolt on. I have not done it yet.
Cool, thanks for the info. I actually emailed Apikol last week asking them and I haven't heard back yet.

Haven't seen any 200 20v without aux radiators. A lot of people do buy a cheaper one after the original one fails. The engine does not suffer overheating but the fan turns on more often.

Thank you for the info. Looks like I'll just pick up the standard 20v radiator then being that my car doesn't have any of the hoses for the AUX radiator anyway. It stays nice an cool with just the primary radiator in it now anyway so it should be fine.

I've also been slowly working on mounting my VEMS LCD display and today I finished it up. Here's a few pics:

Very nice on the display and the tint. I can't wait to get some shots of the two of our cars at Carlisle (fingers crossed) :)

Thanks man! So what are the details on those speaker boxes? I'm a bit of an audiophile myself but I've been putting off the stereo system on the 200 for go fast parts. Now that that's starting to wind down a bit I NEED to get rid of the factory Bose junk. The alternator whine is KILLING ME!

They are basically just modified Bose boxes. It wasn't easy. I'll post pics and such when I take some (probably tomorrow). First I tried just cramming my 6.5" PG components into the stock Bose boxes. They were pretty cut up, but it worked. Sounded better than what was in there, but not enough air volume to let the speakers shine. The latest modification was to cut up the Bose boxes and add extra air space by cutting out the door pockets to make room for a bigger box. The pics will explain better.

I still need to re-wire the whole car, ehh. Damn Bose, lol. I've also been meaning to ask you. How much of a PITA is reupholstering the headliner/sunroof panel? My headline is actually in good shape but the sunroof panel got compromised so I ripped it off.

The headliner isn't so bad once you figure out how to get it out and after you get it unstuck from the roof in the back part of the car. I had to basically snake my hand up between the headliner and the roof and cut away all of the glue because it was so strong. I kinda forget how I got the sunroof out. I remember it being difficult, but doable. Put it this way, I did it without any help or DIY.

speaker stuff:

Here is a pic to give you an idea of what I did. The shape is what it is so it fits behind the door panel. Mind you, this is just the first mock up (very rough). It will be much cleaner when I finish it up. I might make a mold and just do a whole new one once its completely sorted out.

Cool, thanks for the info/pic chris! Looks sweet.

Side note, does anyone know if the radiator on these can be changed without pulling the front end off? I had mine out obviously when then engine was out but I am changing the radiator soon and was just wondering if there's room to pull it out?

Yep. no need to remove bumper/grill/associated goodies. Just pulled mine out a little while ago to replace the fan sensor.
although that was on a 20v. so actually not sure. hah, my bad. I don't think the IM would get in the way so bad that you wouldn't be able to remove the rad though.

Swapping the steering wheel is very simple. First, unplug the airbag service wire and leave it unhooked (under the panel next to the pass legs). Remove the two screws on the back side of the airbag (Torx 20 IIRC), pull the airbag/horn assembly off and unhook the wires to them. Loosen the large nut (maybe M24...) and pull the wheel off. Install new wheel!

Horn will not work because the S2 uses a different style contact. I have designed a ring to resolve this issue but haven't got my father around to machining the part yet.

I think the "clam shell" out of a 200 20v may solve the issue.

What do you guys think I should run for wheels at Carlisle? The RK's or borrow the S4's CH's?

Looks like the S4 will have a little bit of attention for the first time since October, but of course only to steal it's parts :(. Man I want to fix it.
