very nice, Jim...

for the pads, the pagid blues are awesome. I ran them on my A4 with great results, though they're a bit of a waste for street driving (I had the "sport" blues, not the full on race blues). I switched to the Ferodo DS2500s and they held up amazingly at VIR... so on a smaller/lighter car, either one would def be a killer setup for ya.

now lets see some :pics: ;)

Sounds great Jimmy!

Which "blues" are we talking, the RS4-2? That's a great street pad and works well on track.

Yea, the RS4-2, not the dark blue/sport pad. Javad, can you get RS4-2 for the Boxter calipers? I think it's E2407. Off to take some pics now.

It started pouring rain as soon as I went outside yesterday so the pics aren't the greatest.

I also went to a single large breather tank and relocated to fit under the stock battery cover.

Here's the adjustable Bosch FPR Holley resells, which BTW does not hold residual pressure and is going back to summit in favor of a factory 4 bar Dodge Bosch regulator.

Here's the factory battery cover in place.

Next is to replace all of the blue hoses with black ones, and rotate the BOV so it sits under the pipe out of site.

Looks good Jim. Are you going to made a fake "airbox" to go over the turbo?

Yep, that's the plan, I already have an OEM heat shield that's a perfect fit for the hot side that I found on the ground at the junkyard. I have no idea what it came out of.

What kind of fittings are on the dodge FPR? Keeping pressure in the rail is really critical with the 034 ecu with its priming pulses. I bet it will be nice to have the engine fire right up.

It's going on soon. I might actually work on that this week now that it _should_ be done snowing for the year.

Ed, I dug into the RS2 bumper last night. I'm going to try and have it on for tomorrows auto-x, but it's going to have to cooperate 100% which seems to be a lot to ask with this thing.

I ended up ditching the fog lights and trimming the edges of the stock rebar off so I can retain the rebar, factory shock mounts, and the clear turn signals in the bumper. I'll make a blank to fit in the fog light location, that will be removable to expose a tow hook.

does that BOV have a one way valve in it so it can suck dust in under manifold vacuum?

If you happen to see this do you have an idea when you will be running?

*edit, just noticed SM is in heat 1 starting at 9a. We'll see*

Nope, but I've never seen it open under idle, or any vacuum for that matter. Also, the turbo is almost always supplying a slight rush of air that would probably keep any dirt out. Also, if anyone wants to know how loud that BOV is, it registered 95dB and DNF'd me from two runs Sat.

Here's an update on the RS2 bumper. These are from this weekends auto-x. I'll get more detailed pics of the final product when it's final :P

You can see the stock rebar in the fog light location. I also need to move it back about another 3/4" as you can see in the pics. That's as far back as the factory mounts will go so I'll probably shorten up the front mouting tabs.

Needs less trim! Any shots with the wheels straight to see how the fenders are filled out?

Is that at the pepsi center Jim? If so thats bad ass, thats like a 5 min drive for you. With the fresh paint and bumper the car looks much cleaner than it used to. Nice work!

Coors field, the good old out and back with a 12 cone slalom! My times are getting much better. Had I not clipped the the last cone in the slalom, I would have placed 6th. Not to bad for street tires.
