ok guys, This is a decent example of the flagship Audi luxury car. its not perfect, so I am not asking for big money. It is a solid car. I have no reservations about sending you out across the country in this car. It will make it without incident. I have used it as a DD for years and been very happy with its performance. just about everything works just fine with a few minor exceptions.

the exceptions

Drivers seat heater not working
Cruise control not working
Drivers window regulator crunching
Struts getting soft
could use a new stereo

Timing belt and water pump was done by me 10k ago.
I have a spare trans filter.

as I get some free time I have the parts to fix the window reg. I will also repair the cruise, and the seat heater as I get the time. I would love to see it go to a good home. I have 3 cars and cant drive em all. this one should go to somebody who could use it.

Dang.. Good car. I dream of someday maybe transplanting the 200's motor into a V8. GLWS!

So, the car is set to be sold and leave this Saturday pending Murphy's law. Thanks for all the interest, and sorry you all cant have it. Jared is the winner of a good daily driver plus a small number of parts to start a manual conversion if and when the trans finally gives up. Im glad you dont have to defend your manhood anymore while driving that saab convertible.

yeah, its not a bad car to have as a DD. But, if you already have 2 other Audis and a motorcycle, one will end up getting the most neglect. It happened to go in this cars direction. I did not want a car sitting around not getting driven at all when the coupe and the motorcycle were at the top of the list for want to drive, then the 90 was always intended to be the DD.

I would rather the car continue to get well deserved use and upkeep. I cannot afford to put money into her before the others, so the only option was and is, sell. besides, a single guy like me can't drive em all at the same time.

I just want to say that Dave was very accommodating with this car. He fixed the window reg which works PERFECTLY and threw in at least $300-500 of extra parts and maintenance items.

This car is extremely clean and gave me absolutely 0 issues on the 800 mile drive home. I'll update with more pictures on the thread but I still cant believe this car was up for sale for the 3 whatever months it was. I'm so glad everyone who passed up this car didnt see it for what it was. Thumbs up.
