Audi 200 T44 Brake Conversion

Well it is time to get rid of the UFOs.....

I noticed recently the pads are getting worn and there isn't much rotor life left either...
Instead of pumping out money to replace them, I figured i'd go ahead and convert those bad boys.

Can anyone direct me to options? Or even better provide me a parts list that I will need to convert? Calipers, Rotors, Pads, Brackets, Brake lines, etc...

I realize I will need 17" wheels to do this, but I would like to get all the parts for brakes ready to go.

Thanks,
Nick

It all depends on what calipers you want to use. My setup consists of Carerra/Boxster S calipers, S8 320 (ish) mm rotors, custom brackets, and SS lines from Apikol. I'm 99% sure that Apikol makes a very nice bracket for mounting those calipers on the UFO strut housings. They can set you up with the right stuff and Brendan is a nice dude!

HP2 setup fron B5 S4 or 2.7T A6 is a popular swap. I plan on doing it when it is time to replace the UFO's, I am pretty sure you can sometimes get by with 16" wheels too, but spacers are needed for most IIRC.

I will use a bit of each, but mostly caseys (2nd link). I'm not going to mess with turning down the mounting bolts...

I just fitted urs6 struts with hp2 calipers in mine. Works fine for me as its only a street car. Also cayenne calipers are pretty much a direct bolt onto the urs6 strut too, can run a 340mm odd rotor with them
