It's pricy to ship to Canada.

That is still a ridiculous price for an AAN valve cover. Keep shopping, in my opinion.

He wanted 75' I talked him down to 65 plus shipping, came to 150usd, which is 160cdn. Not much else I can do unless he's willing to give it to me for free.

Never said your wrong, I completely agree, but there is nothing local. Shipping from the states has always been high.

There's more than one way to ship something, but that price is a bit ridiculous. Maybe try checking ups ground or have the guy slim down the custom box for usps. Declare value under 10$ also for ups otherwise: $urprise!. (i've had a whole head shipped to canada for around your shipping price)

I asked him to declare a price under 20 for lower customs, and I went USPS cause ups always looks cheaper until it arrives then you owe. I think it's just the size one weight that caused it to be so much.

I shipped tons of parts lately, even to Canada. Its ridiculously high. A digital Climate controller was in a smallest box i could make: $27, abnormal.
