This hasn't been released yet, but it can be preordered apparently. I'm looking forward to engine bay shots!

Will be buying. I really want the one with the racing livery #44. This car looks like Bobby Uncer's 5000.

She has a 25 valve special motor

Engine was a 2.2 liters, Turbo, 650Hp and carried 340 gas liters (88 gallons us)
Many parts were made in aluminium (doorshells ..)
Pit stop lasted 25seconds each, they changed the pilot, oil, filled up 88 gallons, replaced all 4 wheels and did some cleanings.
During the "Expedition Nardo" Audi broke several records, 324.509kmh (201.641 miles / hour) over a distance of 500 miles, and 326.403 (202.817 miles / hour) kmh over a distance of 1000 kilometers (621.371 miles).
The car was tested at more than 400 km/h (248.548 miles)
I don't know if it helps anything, but it's hard to find information on this car and a few people heard of this superspecial 25valve engine.

I did know it was 25 valve, but didn't know anything else. That is so cool, thanks! I can't wait for them to finish this thing.

I was just looking about this special Nardo car someday, and I saw that there was just a few informations available ..
I was lead to it by the special manifold which was on sale somewhere months ago.
Tell me if you want a bit of a translation on the swiss topic
