RS2 /B4 headlight assistance needed! TIA

Having some issues with my HID'd RS2 headlights.
Recieved my car in parts, and have been putting it all together. I did not wire the headlights, nor have I seen the stock B3 wiring and what needs to be done to integrate the Rs2s. The passenger side is wired the same as the drivers side except the resistor broke off, this side immediately blows the fuse (fuse 6, R side headlights, tail lights) if the headlight is switched on, but the drivers side works.
Into the B4 headlight plug, I have a white, a brown (gnd) and a yellow. There was also a red, that was spliced into this plug, and taken from the blk/grn that goes to the turn signal . I think the fuse may be blowing becuase if I am looking at this right, the blk/grn is the power to the blinkers and would not be sufficient power source for the HIDs.

I plan to return the turn signal plug to being just the turn signal and provide the proper power to the headlight low beams. High beams work fine as is.
Anyone have a diagram of this wiring.
