Yessir, 606whp / 581 tq was the max. At 30 psi peak boost with 100% meth.

Why 100% meth? Won't a 50:50 mix give you better cooling?

Honestly I'd have to look into that more. This is at the tuners recommendation, and he has tuned many, many high HP cars , so I trust his advice.
This build is capable of way more HP than its running but it is tuned to be a reliable daily driver setup that I could get it and have no issues with driving across the country in it at any time.

It's a stock transmission, rebuilt with new syncros 33k ago. the clutch is a modified b7 rs4 clutch with stronger springs from AMD . Probably will run a twin disk next but this one is holding up fine, I don't launch the car.

Nick, do you still have a b5 s4? Or just the 200 now? The 200 is by far the coolest 200 out there!! I was just watching it on YouTube.

bad ass car! Jason knows his stuff.

One thing that is bothering me... Are those speakers in the driver and passenger foot wells?

The B5 is gone. I sold it at the end of last year. Thank you man! It's a riot.

Dave, yes those are speakers in custom ported enclosures, highs, mids, and lows. They sound really good and I'm glad I retained them. The car had a very high end stereo setup before I bought it and I had the PO take most of it out to save money , and some weight I suppose. Probably removed a hundred pounds or more of stereo equipment.

As far as future plans, I really like the way it is now so I just need to stay on top of maintenance and make sure shes running well.
All of my energy and spare time is going into my coupe project for right now !!

Ah, thought you might have some fine tuning in mind but I wasn't thinking about the Coupe. Great stage to be at with the S4 though - one where you can just enjoy it... Enjoy!

Did a little refresher on the S4 today. Last time i drove I was seeing lower than normal methanol flow and slightly lower boost (~26 instead of the usual 28-30 PSI)
So the methanol pump is located in the trunk, which discharges to a plastic pipe that runs under the car and to a "fast acting valve" located in the engine bay. That valve can and has plugged before.

How to access the FAV, First removed the outlet from the fav and pointed the valve's discharge into a cup.
Image

So I took the controller out from under my dash and opened it up to test the flow, It was hard to do by myself.
I pointed the valve into the cup and removed the black jumper from "INJ" and placed it onto the "SYS" spot. Was able to get good flow doing this.
Image

Didn't get much particulate in the cup. So I don't know if that was the issue or not. Will have to road test tonight on the way to work.
Image

Then changed my spark plugs. Old plugs didn't look great so it was time.
Image

Re-assembled. Good to go.

No dice on the methanol fix!!
Anybody have any experience tuning with Aquamist?

What if trying to figure out is if the Aquamist injects based on injector duty cycle is it proportinal to IDC% or full flow past a certain point ?
I dont know if my boost is only hitting 26-27 because the methanol flow is low, or the methanol is low because of the boost, or neither? Any thoughts anyone?

Nothing specific to add other than Jim or Marc would likely have some good info.

Otherwise, maybe there are some resident gurus at the Aquamist forum itself:
http://www.aquamist.co.uk/vbulletin/for ... y.php?f=34

Either way, I'm interested in what you find.
