Wow big difference between the cams. MC2 pulls 4-5" when cruising at 50 in 5th vs 0". Definitly not as much torque. Im thinking 2-3 degeees retard will put it where I want it. Im thinking this will be a good winter setup and swap in the oter one for summer

So it was the cam! I bet the turbo spools up a little sooner too.

It's honestly hard to tell. I only drove it 1.5 miles, if that, this morning. WIth the other cam, the power was onset and holy balls hangon kinda feeling. The MC2 cam seems to be more rounded in the power curve. I'm still getting 4th gear fuel cutoff, but I'm sure thats due to the FP not being relayed, WHICH IT WILL BE TOMORROW. I took tomorrow off from work so I can finish up the street legal issues. We'll see how this thing acts after I crank the boost up to 17 from 14 and relay the pump

No no no no no. For the most part chevys are boring. The audi is definately not boring, has as a lot of potential, and is way more useful than any old chevy except for maybe a truck...and you already have a truck. Plus, the audi may possibly be more reliable than a slightly built chevy, and definately more fun.

Ok guys drove the car home tonight. Two words: Holy Shit. Got the exact sound I wanted. Extremely minimal interior resonance when cruising, an excellent sounding idle (not obnoxious), and loud when you get on it. I will never buy a different brand of muffler again. I love the idle. Its not too loud but its enough to let you know its there. It sounds orgasmic when on it. Definitly sounds like a hot 5-cylinder
