Those look great! 8500 and under will be fine with 20mm regular pins with these power goals. Long rods are a lot easier on pins/rod necks.

I think the last piece to this puzzle is redoing the oil and water feed/drain lines for the turbo. The old stuff worked but just wasn't too great looking :)

I see 034's header line kit, just not sure how placement compares to Hank's setup. Also looking to not dick around. Messing with this stuff can be fun, but there's something to be said for plug and play oil and water lines.

And yes... I'm pretty stoked about this rod ratio. Really curious how it revs compared to the 92.8/220mm setup.

It would come close without the valve, but with it, it needs extra length. I wish I would have known. It would have been super easy for us to make some on the stand.

:stupid:

You can also measure with a string and then order lines already made. It just costs a bit more that way, but is very convenient. Just make sure you take the fittings into account.

I get my stuff from racepartsolutions.com, but that is just because they are local for me. They have nice stuff, but it isn't the absolutely cheapest out there. I'm sure there are plenty of other options, but I like to support my local businesses.

Just go on summit and order the AN hose and fittings you need. The flanges you can get from 034/Marc/Hank/etc.

-4 oil feed line (I got a pre-made one from paragon iirc)
-8 for the water lines
-10 for the oil drain
oil drain flanges for turbo and block
oil feed flange for block
metric to AN adapter fittings for the water lines (turbo side)
i assume you already have the oil restrictor

Problem is Comp uses NPT fittings (yes I realize a nice little adapter will do).

Comp oil in is -3 NPT, oil out is 1/2" NPT, water is 3/8" NPT

034 does make them unterminated, I bought them that way to fit them myself.

But what I'd like to do is order lines that are done :) Audi fittings on one side, Comp on the other. I just need some measurements I guess.

The only thing you need to do differently than a "kit" is cut the AN hose to length and put the hose ends on the hose. Custom will always be a better fit and better looking IMO.

I'm bored so here's a parts list:

Water lines
2x 3/8"NPT to -8AN adapter: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/sum-220846/overview/
1x -8AN 45* hose end (water return): http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ear-8 ... /overview/
1x -8AN 90* hose end (water feed): http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ear-8 ... /overview/
2x copper crush washers for the NPT side of the water line adapters
4-5' of -8AN hose

Oil lines
1x 1/2"NPT to -10AN adapter: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/sum-220047/overview/
1x copper crush washer for NPT side of oil drain adapter
1x block oil drain flange to -10AN (034)
1x -10AN straight hose end (block side): http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ear-8 ... /overview/
1x -10AN 45* hose end (turbo side): http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ear-8 ... /overview/
1x block oil feed flange to -4AN (034)
1x 28" oil feed line (you can get these pre-made from various places). -4AN on the block side, and whatever your oil restrictor accepts on the turbo side
3-4' -10AN hose
