Looks like a great build! Finally found my way over here to look at what you did for the fuel fittings.

Looks like you didn't have to make any modifications to the 034 supplied adapter for the supply line?

Although I must say I'm not crazy about how the return was done, from stainless braided hose directly to barb fitting. Seems to me a rubber piece would offer more compliance for a better seal. Any leaks so far?

So far no leaks I made sure I used good quality clamp and made sure it's tight. There are not many options to go from the barb fitting. If not braided SS line then i would just use regular rubber hose.

Yeah, a barb is really not ideal... I understand you made do with what Audi gave you (us). I'll likely go the rubber hose route but glad to see there is that option.

Can you give some more detail on what you did with the strut towers? Did you make the parts welded on, or were they a purchased part?

i did use the audi 90 strut brace top caps and made custom bar with custom bracket to hold the coils on it. i did use two set of these for the front and rear.

What 90s came with the brace? I'm going to guess and say B4s only? And did you cut out more metal underneath where you welded the strut tower bracket? Looks almost like you raised up where the strut mount would sit, slightly lowering the car.

B4 90 and cabriolet came with the brace. Around $80 new from the dealer (8A0805635B; 8A0805636B)
You clean the tower to bare metal, put these on, veld it, seam seal it, and you are done.
