Yeah, Thanks Sean!! Your camera rocks!! I need to figure out the exhaust rattle, it is about annoying You will notice that when we are in the car, the speedo moves really slow and then catches up.. it seems like the cable is screwy a little.. One interesting thought before watching or whatever.. 2nd gear with a 8k redline is 69 mph, and that is GPS verified.. and 3rd is almost 110 at redline..

Thanks guys.. I think the tick is a little of both.. I have been throwing alternator belts lately, and so the initial start is after shutting the car off after it made a bad noice.. ended up being the belt in an awkward position.. and it sounds like lifter tick.. however, my v-band after the downpipe is leaking a little.. I need to look at it, and I think that is where you get the majority of the tick.. I am going to take care of that soon..

The car is at 20psi now, and I cant go any higher unless i get bigger injectors.. I have 55 lbs right now at 60 psi fuel pressure.. and I am seeing about 89% duty cycle.. I dont dare do more then that.. Pretty amazing though that the motor is breathing that much air.. I gotta get a line on some bigger ones, because I have 20 gallons of VP gas in the garage!! :) LOL

Yep, anytime anybody is in vegas, give me a call. And when I go up to SLC, I will let everybody know!!
Hope everybody enjoys!

Nice there Hank! Love seeing that speedo spool up with the turbo :-D Yes, we need daytime video next. Reminds me of Nate's first vids with his tt'd V8 Audi 90 -- what is it with these night runs, anyways.

LOL, yeah, night time is usually when we have that false security!!! Actually, my mom was test driving Sean's a4, so it took a little while to get in the coupe.. Oh yeah, Sean got a new car!!! it is sick!! Ill let him tell!!\

Oh and the speedo is kind of slow in those vids because it goes super slow, and then when I shift, it jumps to actual speed, which is generally 15 mph higher!!! LOL It tricks you.. You start to think that you are going way to fast for that road, and so you lift up, and it jumps 15 mph higher than you thought!!! I do like that turbo noise.. Just for base mapping the cars performance right now.. I ran with an evo with bolt on parts, and he said he has ran a 12.2. I don't know what an evo RS needs power wise to get 12.2s, but I would imagine around 375whp??? .. I walked easily on him from anywhere, at any speed... He was pretty stoked, and wants me to come out to the track asap for their last pulls of the season!! I am going to weigh the car tomorrow.. I am thinking in the 2800s.. maybe less.

Yeah, we will work on a daytime vid.. I love driving the car.. It is super street able.. With almost 3k miles on it already, it hasn't missed a beat, and gets decent mileage...... when i can stay outta the pedal.. It has plenty of torque off boost, and would walk on my dads Coupe GT or 4kq without boost... I think it is easier to drive then my Dads TT at brisk paces..

That whole big turbo equals no drivability is the biggest freaking myth known to motor sports!! This turbo has me itching for a 35r..

As long as breaking the front tires loose at 65mph doesn't bother you!! :o It can sure induce some torque steer if you aren't careful. I gotta say, the car is way more streetable than I ever thought it would be. Hanks girlfriend still votes for my TT however and says she isn't in a coupe kind of mood most of the time.

I can attest to this beast's drivability and FUN - especially with a cellphone in hand and a nice freeway on-ramp. :o

I've still got permagrin from the power this thing throws down!
