Welp guess I never updated this from about a month ago. Been real busy with a lot of nonsense with cars/motorcycles/life/broke audis.

Exhaust was made up for the car at EFI express. Looking very pretty and exactly what I imagined.

Exhaust is on the car now and just waiting to get on the dyno. Suuuuuuuper excited to get her back as I have not drove her any appreciable amount of distance in about a year and half. With enough time for me to sort through a couple things before I ship out here in 2 months. :drive: :drive:

Life updates.

Bike content if anyone cares. My old Honda is basically done to my liking minus a few things.

June this year. (purchased)
Image
September.
Image
Image

CBR600F2 forks, front wheel, front brakes, rear brake, rear wheel, CB1100F swingarm swap, CBR600F4i controls, CBR600F3 coils and wires, 2013 CBR turn signals, CBR600F3 fender, re-upholstered Corbin seat and lots of misc. small things.

Also got this thing. I have been wanting a newer, more appealing, faster sport bike. These always interested me.

04 Honda RC51 (yes I have a thing for Honda bikes, all I have ever rode/owned).

Not doing anything with her, just did all the maintenance the previous owner neglected (fluids, new rear tire, etc).

Always loved the rc51, nothing like the v-twin sound from a sport bike.

No videos. She needs some work/tuning before she is video worthy.

http://boston.craigslist.org/gbs/cto/4686542214.html for the rs6.

Have a serious buyer coming today though that has been interested for a few weeks now.

**EDIT** 22psi not 14psi

So I guess a lot has happened since I updated this.

Car made just under 350whp and just touching 300tq at 22psi. Great. It's all I wanted. Buuuuuut she has some oil issues under boost (mainly like she likes to throw oil out the crankcase vent). Along with some other minor things. Motor has 276k and I'm surprised the factory clutch even held up to that with who knows how many miles on it.

Results:

cyl1: 85psi / 11% leakdown
cyl2: 85psi / 0% leakdown
cyl3: 100psi / 0% leakdown
cyl4: 90psi / 0% leakdown
cyl5: 90psi / 9% leakdown

So after talking to Marc about options and plans and etc. I made some decisions. The RS6 is staying with me (already sports new tires and KW coilovers now). She is coming to Hawaii and I intend to keep her. That being said if someone offers me what I want, I will have no problem selling it. The 200 is staying here and will be taken apart, rebuilt, and fixed. Very excited to have it all done and have an actually built engine. Not something I wanted to do right now, but will be worth it in the long run. I had a couple pieces to the puzzle (rods, valve, springs, etc), so a few more shouldnt be too big of a deal. Now I'm going to need a bigger turbo for all this goodness about to go into my engine :guns: :drive: . No real power goals, or time frame. But I will be excited when all is said and done.

Nice!

Well only pushing 14psi, you certainly have headroom to make a lot more power with more boost without changing the turbo. I'd build it, boost it, and see where that gets you. That is nice early spool too. Nice!

A quick hone, some new rings and bearings, install your goodies, done and done! :D

Hell yeah! This is so similar to the build my 200 had in college... it's not a bad setup at all. Your power at 14 psi makes me think that mine at 25 must have been closer to 400 like I always thought. Marc kept trying to tell me it wasn't making shit lol. Nick was making very similar power on his 200 with the 30r at the time too.

Met up with some peoples for an AudiSportRun through NYC. It was open to RS/S cars and it was a blast. Some pics of my RS6 taken. Turn out was around 25+ cars. Some noteables were a white RS6 (only three known to be produced IIRC), and brand new Sepang Blue S3. Kind of a one last Hooyah for me since I'm driving her down to Maryland on Thursday to be shipped to Hawaii.

Really liking this car now that I am sorting out all the small things wrong/that I didn't like with her. New tires, KW coilovers, and some misc. small things I've done.

before you get excited about the turbo I reviewed the data and it wasn't 14psi. I usually hook up the boost reference but was just doing baselines and forgot to. log indicates 250kpa, so about 22psi. still not a bad turbo.

22 psi make a lot more sense. I was confused. Great numbers still!

Any chance you have a billet K26 at similar boost to overlay?

Well done OP happy to see this thing finally getting 100% sorted :D

Whoops. Sorry about that. For some reason I thought it was 14. :hide:

Great RS6.
Frontal turbine of this size on the 200 missing?

A6 calipers on for testing since I had them.

Rear suspension done (no rotor installed so it's sunk in)

I did this to my s4 and added 0.420" spacers between the knuckle and bracket to center the carrier on the rotor. Pics in my thread.

Is this the 54mm inducer 8blade or the 50mm inducer 7blade H1C?
