Looks great Aaron!! When did you add the intake manifold? Do you have the new dogbox in it yet? Once you have that in I think you are on the right path as far as thinking meth. Some more boost and timing could only help.

This is one of the few cars Ive seen the feed on the "front" side of the fuel rail. Always thought about doing it too.

lets see.... always doing stuff here, always.
new catch can and VC. the catch can is smaller as it never even got a drop in the prior configuration, so i took a couple ports off of it and shrunk it up some. here is a couple pics of the old one and then the new setup. i also separated the block breather from the end of the VC line, just something in my head says to do so....
i just love the way this guy makes my stuff, uses a brake to bend the parts perfect and then clamshells them together and the fit is great!
and the new setup..... people like me never leave well enough alone. always changing stuff.

aaaaaand, i have been spending some time working on my shifter setup. and that is coming along just fine i think. at V-3.1 now, and i think i am going to stop as i like this setup the best out of the 3 versions. next up is to make the linkages for the trans end of things.
also, i have a new clutch flow control setup i will be using, it is fully adjustable and will provide the exact same amount of slip for launching, every time. no more will i need to try and remember how slowly to let the clutch out when launching. and the other neat thing? i only need to use it once as there is no more clutch use on the run.
i am anxious to run the car this year. really really anxious. but i will get to it when i get to it i guess. LOL

also, did some light porting work to the hotside housing. these BW turbos, they leave a little to be desired in their casting with regards to inside finish. there is quite a bit of material to remove to make it match the flange even.
here is the old 1.00 after i ported it and the old 1.10 before and after porting. did that while in Vegas last year.
now on to the newer still hotside, and larger 67mm Billet turbo. this is 1.25 --> 1.10 --> 1.00
left is new 67mm, non-ported 1.25. right is old 63mm, ported 1.10.
some progress pix of the porting work and how much actually has to be removed. i havent really been in a documentary mode as of late, so i forgot to start from the beginning. but as you can tell, there is quite a bit of cleanup to be done, and just think of how much flow is gained by doing so. exhaust gases hit that big flat shelf/ledge/WALL and get slowed down. i bet i took the opening at least 18-20% larger overall. and yes, smooth is good on the exhaust side. it is the inlet side that has air/fuel mixture that a person doesnt want a polished finish on.

drove it up n down the street right quick. did a light launch and medium (clutchless) shift into 2nd. it grabbed and WENT! spooled up rather quickly and i let it out.
i cant wait to run it now.... LOL.
also, switched fuel to E-98. align tomorrow, do some AFR tuning on the new fuel and turbo on Tuesday, and then shakedowns next friday. THEN i will run IFO on May 27th.
