The Spec stage 3+ clutch and PP arrived today, now all I need is the pilot adapter and I can finally bolt up the motor for the final(? lol, yeah right) time.

Hey Marc,

Can I get a better photo of your brake line set-up at the MC?

Hmm, not really, especially since I've done zero line routing yet. If you're trying to determine stock routing this (obnoxiously large) photo _might_ help:

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the routing for eliminating the ABS module.

Not sure why I can't picture this in my head...

ETKA helps out here..

looks like the fender side of the proportioning valve needs to go to both rear wheels, while the opposite end goes to the right front wheel and the other two ports are connected to the master cylinder. The furthest out port on the fender side of the master cylinder goes to the left front wheel.

Corrections anyone? Looks right from the diagrams I'm looking at.

A few more 034 boxes arrived yesterday ;)

Image

Last weekend I mounted the battery in the trunk. I think I'd prefer an under-seat mounting much like Myke did on his 90 but this will work fine for now:

Plus I pulled the stock 7A engine harness out. Now to put all those connections back onto the fusebox....

No idea on 4kq fitment... What application? V8? Probably yes. 5 Cylinder? Probably no.

You don't happen to have any pix of his do you? I was going to do that but seems like it is too tight(ground clearence, Clarence), even though the Urq get's away with it... :?

At this rate you'll be done with this car before I finish mine! :o 8)

There is actually plenty of room. His battery box goes plenty deep yet still stays above the bottom of the frame.

Is Tox's battery box on the passenger or drivers side? I guess I should wait to see the :pics: instead of asking all kinds of questions on your project thread

Thanks for the link Jim, I forgot to take pictures while I was at the shop today..

Update! Finally making some progress here, installed clutch and pressure plate:

Image

And now that the important bits between the engine and transmission are all set I can start putting stuff together :woowoo:

Image

Things are VERY tight around the brake master cylinder. I'm thinking I'll need to tweak that upward a bit.
