I've tracked down a few other issues. I'm thinking the voltage drop was due to the pump cutting out and the cars RPM dropping. The battery relocation was good...might have been not 100% needed but was wanted. I re wired the FP relay harness and have got a jump in fuel pressure back to 60-61 at idle. Still ironing out the kinks... debating if Vems is for me lol...again. time consuming Vems is.

Chasing wiring is one of the most frustrating things IMHO… glad to hear you are getting there!

How did you attach the AN fitting to the valve cover?

I just drilled a hole and then ran a tap through. Used an ORB fitting

New fuel pump Installed, AEM 340. Car is back to running again!!!!! Having the ability to drive a big turbo UrS4 on Vems with AC on and do multiple back to back WOT pulls...makes me smile.
New more refined tune is coming, will keep this up to date.

Love the evolution, your car gets more dialed in with each iteration.
Gonna have to get a ride at some point, may just be the kick in the arse I need to get myself going again
