If it's these pieces, the part numbers are:
PART NUMBERS 191 881 203 AND 111 881 213
*edit*...listing looks to have a misprint...191 881 203 should probably be 431 881 203

Yeah, I was just trying to show part numbers...
ETKA shows:
431 881 203 and 111 881 213 for inner and outer.
need two of each if doing both seats.

Just an update of the list. Fuel is taken care of. I have 130 psi all the way to redline now with -14AN feed from the tank to -10 feeds to the pumps, and then -8 feeds through -8an 40 micron filters, through a Y block and -10 to the rail. I also relayed the second fuel pump with it's own fuse and relay, as the old wiring was getting pretty toasty after a while.
This allowed me to take out a bunch of fuel up top(pulse width) and now I have 76% DC at 8000rpm and 30psi. I couldn't help myself. I raised the boost to 35psi, and yes, this car is retarded... Butt dyno says that 35psi is easily over 550whp, and I think 38-40 should put me over 600whp.
Here is the updated list of things to do before Vegas.
- change tranny fluid to motul 300 gear.
- change rear diff fluid to motul 300 gear
- check rear passenger strut for function. Figure out wherr that Damn clunk is coming from
- put metal master pads in the rear
- tie breather into the intake to keep smell out of my cabin.
- fix small coolant leak at water manifold. Looks to be an ring issue.
- deal with valve cover dribble of oil.
- weld tabs on radiator for more efficient shroud work on the radiator.
- Radiator shroud
- change oil and filter.
- fix for my floppy mirrors with silicone.
the following are less urgent but would be nice pre trip
-mount gopro mount
-install HIDS
The axles held up to a couple of semi hard launches on summer tires. I think they are going to hold up.

warning warning. beware of the commercial activity sensors!!!! sharing shipping, especially from GB, is not allowed here.
Hank, we gotta talk. we will have to chit chat later this week, about some stuff. will know more tomorrow.
but does your setup have the ability to run staged fuel pumps? run one (if you have the check valves) for idle/low load, and once real fuel is required to kick on the second pump? been mulling that over for a while now....

lol. Feel free to call Aaron.
I ditched the check valves on the 044s this last revision, as they just look like a restriction. I know just have 12x1.5mm to -8an off the pump that dumps into the two small filters like we discussed. This is hard for running in series, as a check valve would be needed. I know this because without the check valves, fuel pours out of hte pumps with just gravity. If you had two pumps in stages, the one would need a check valve.
It would be super easy to control the second pump via a GPO on the IIc box. I may try it in the future. Summit has -10 inline check valves that look like they would not be a restriction, and allow for that setup. It would be nice to cut out the noise, and the extra draw for road trips!
Good news is that I got a ride for my wife back from Vegas!! lol

JayRacing.com has the 044 specific check valves.... what i have on both mine.
screws right onto the pump outlet. and -6 or -8 outlets. worth looking into.

ride back just "in case" happens? haha

Finally, a quick and easy solution to adding a high-flow check valve to your Bosch fuel pump. These neat little check valves attach directly to the Bosch 044 fuel pump (or others with a M12 x 1.5 female thread outlet). Machined from billet aluminum, the outlet end is -8AN (also available in -6AN).
This will maintain fuel pressure in the lines to decrease/eliminate priming time. Also this will help fight pressure fluctuations on the pump itself, especially when used in a multiple fuel pump application such as two pumps in parallel.

I have a spare set of rear axles from an 84 4k sitting around if you know of anyone in the habit of snapping URQ shafts.

Well, I got down to Las Vegas last weekend. The drive went really well. My wife had a great attitude, and the only real problem arose when we started to descend more south. It became a little warm in the car. She looked over at me and asked me to turn on the AC
Overall, the trip was great. At the track my only issue was my aluminum exhaust that cracked on one of the welds right after the downpipe. Thing is, it didn't crack on the track, but rather 5 minutes before the drivers meeting

It was nothing that Jim Green couldn't fix. He kindly went ( on his birthday might I add) and picked me up a exhaust clamp and we just wedged the two sides together and hit the track. Other then that and some chewed up tires, I didn't even add fluid to the car all day. I opened the hood often to check things, but there was never anything that was wrong. It was a big step in vehicle reliability. I logged 1450 miles this weekend and went through an outrageous amount of fuel ( 3.5 tanks at 23 gallons each). E85 availability was not a problem until my last trip to the tank in Mesquite Nevada. It is the only e85 station for about 90 miles to Las Vegas and about 250 to where I live. I showed up to this....

I had filled up 2 days prior with no issue. I did get pulled over 50 yards shy of the station at 4am. I was doing 53 in a 35. He asked why I was going so fast, and I explained that I was trying to make 8 am class in Provo Utah, and he said it was no excuse for going that fast. He went back to his cruiser and I thought for sure I was getting a ticket. He came back and said he was going to give me a break, bt to slow down. He then asked me what model my car was, and I told him it is an audi quattro. He gave me a nod and said " nice car ". I said thanks and have a good morning..
As we pulled away, I told Kate that hte record would show that he let us go bc he liked the car.

She said it had to do with the baby and mother in the back seat, but I stood by my story.
Speaking of which, here is the family at one of the many stops to feed young Kellen. I am bringing that kid up right!!!

The track was a kick. I have a lot to learn, but the car really did well. I turned it down to around 24psi for all but the last run. My instructor was really conservative and really freaked out when the car got loose at all. I don't think he realized the dynamics of a locked rear diff. They have lousy turnin, but exit speeds are unreal. Anyway, my last session after he had already ripped me on my student evaluation for lousy throttle control( give me a break, YOU try driving this thing at speed!! ), i turned it back up to 32-33psi and let it rip. He wanted to take it easy on the last run, but i felt like I had been doing that all weekend. I let it rip around a few corners, and then down the strait for one last pass. hehe. 133 is REALLY fast for that section. I bet it is the fastest postest all day, including the radicals.

It was really fun. My Dad and I fulfilled a 10 year dream of both tracking URQ's on a weekend at Spring Mountain!! Now we just need to live the Miller dream up here!!! You have about 6 months to prep a car!! Come on Dad, you have a parts car now!!!

Nice! Very cool shot of your wife/kid and a dog. I would have expected a German shepard or something though..
Did you really drive with rear diff locked 100%?? Why'd you do that?
Your moving average is kinda slow though.

Vs an open diff peter?
Just traction and neutral feel out of corners makes me really like a locked rear. I ran a couple of sessions with the rear open, but it was impossible to get traction coming out of the hole. The rear inside tire would just spin.
Tons of Spec 944s, 240sx and other rear wheel drive classes run welded rear diffs.
Turn in does suffer on some portions of the track, but the majority of it doesn't mind the awesome exit speed and far superior braking of a locked rear. Thats just what my butt told me of course.

Hank you didn't mention how we bent the mind of my unsuspecting buddy in his spec Miata lol I think we sucked his headlights right out.
I got a chance to ride the lightning Sunday, my schedule opened up by mid-morning and Hank happened to catch me off guard with "hey you wanna drive a session in my car?" I choked on a couple syllables of something that weren't quite words and finally came out with - OK lol
Anyone who thinks they can drive Hanks car because they are used to driving an UrQ on the track - is horribly wrong... The fact is that it's set up pretty well suspension wise, after the session we talked about a few ideas to really fine tune it but its nicely sorted already. I spent a good part of the session getting used to the quick ratio steering and the short-shifter'd 6 speed. First couple laps Hank reminded me I was shifting about 2500 RPM's too soon (ok Im a 20v guy), but as I dialed in my own neuromuscular reprogramming I was no longer shy about putting my foot deep in it. I think I made Hank proud when I started spinning the 20v about 2k beyond the scale of the UrQ tach - and I reacted with a giggle.
BTW, I kinda like corner those corner exits on full boost - I can imagine how it would be a bit much to handle for an, um, 'older gentleman' instructor who is used to something little more plush and refined.
Hank, thanks for ruining everything for me. There was a reason I didn't drive it when it was 350HP, and another reason I didn't drive it when it was 400+. Sure, make me drive it when it's 500+ and leave me with a 20v in the garage...
Seriously though - thanks for the drive buddy

Interesting. Of course I never had issues of lighting up tires here...hehe.
Thinking about it, I actually never really drove the coupe with the rear locked at higher speeds, so I honestly don't know what it might feel like.
Did you go for some fun rides??

Sean, it was great riding along with you in the URQ. It was the closest I got to going sideways in my own car.
Once you had the nerve to rev somebody elses car to 8500, we were cooking! I am pretty sure you owe me 15$ in e85 and another 30$ in tire

That sequence with the Miata was epic. Infact, that is the only footage from the GoPro I got all weekend. You need to go over and get the footage from my Dad raw so you can edit to you liking. Your whole session is on that card in HD. Looking back, that miata was behind us entering the back strait when you pitched it sideway and caught 3rd with a little bit of a slide and continued on down the straight hitting 4th. THe hands up "WTF was that" look was epic when we let him pass down the main strait. Talk about a contrast of car!
Peter, like I told you on hte phone, the locked rear probably was not suited well for my instructor. He wanted me to run lines like he would in his 1.8t a4. The only way to drive a locked rear in my limited experience is to trail brake, and throttle steer. It hates gradual, increasing radius turn-in that is workable in an open or torsen rear diff. When I finally work up to R-comps, I will probably try an open rear again, but with a 3:1 center diff and an open rear on 245 summer tires, you are basically transferring a bunch of power to the inside tire in the rear on acceleration coming out of a corner.
