Could be a blessing in disguise, this will give you the time to give it a proper break in triple check everything. There is a lot of coin in this build always good to do things with enough time.

Hope you at least cranked the avant's waste gate down

I agree. I hate to rush things and it was just too close. Avant is at stock boost. Cranking the WG spring would only make it hit overboost right?

You can crank it down until you hit overboost and then back it off just a bit. It would net you a few psi and at least make the trip down a little more fun!

CF touches aren't rice if they're a feather in the cap on a completed build... if all you have is a 4" exhaust tip and some neon lights and a CF hood or something... then yeah, rice. Otherwise, CF because racecar.

Yeah, but putting it in unnecessary places also makes it ricey in my opinion. CF door trim....really?

It's nice for aesthetic purposes in interiors & engine bays, IF NOT OVERDONE. And obviously it's great for weight savings on panels/etc.

Looks the business.

Any reason you opted for OEM CP's instead of LS2? No worries about heat?

One other thing (I can't help myself)... looks like it's time for a CF TB cover ;)

Thanks! I ran LS2 coils for years and never had a problem until some strage misfire issues arose and couldn't be traced. After replacing every component, still no fix. Also tested my coils and harness on another car and they worked flawlessly. As a last ditch effort I tried the R8 coils and they worked perfectly. They also look nicer and cost under $20 to replace if they fail (which hasn't happened yet).

The CF timing cover would be sweet however I don't believe they make a 3B one that clears an aftermarket pulley. And there's no way I'm going to try cutting one up.

Pretty sure there's one for the adjustable on the 3b... I could be wrong.
