Yes indeed and all the ingredients needed should be here very soon for just that.

Thanks! And I totally agree Matt!! Once Oceanic is fully sorted, wide bodied and painted I plan on making the trek to Carlisle.

Ben,
That's a really cool 4K that you have built! I like your choice in parts and the way it has come together. Your transmission explosion was amazing! I've never seen carnage like that before! Your car is crazy fast with it's current setup. I can't even imagine what a rocket it will be with the 5857! I will be waiting for some great kill stories! Keep the vids coming too!

AAN/3B and N/A 7A. Each grind will be a case by case basis as I adjust for everyones build. I will have certain specs in stock over time. If I get enough interest, eventually Ill start investing in new billet camshafts. Ben and I are working out what to do with his as his build is incredibly complicated. At this time Im keeping those specs to myself until after he shits his pants

Cool, I have a pair of 3b cams sitting around but my build direction is TBD.

Get with me and we can discuss what would work for your build.
Its easy with Ben because he has a direction which is basically MOAR POWAH. Thats easy. Combining driveability with power starts becoming hard

Thank you busmn280! Oceanic is still a major work in progress, I can't wait to see it with all the new goodies from HPR,IROZ and EFIxpress! I will be SUPER happy if I hit 500ish wheel. And, I promise, kill stories/videos will be coming. I already have my eye on a few local cars.

I can't wait either man, with the specs we are talking about it's going to be meaner than hell.

BTW I gotta call you.

500 whp in such a light car as the 4K will be pure insanity!

I guess you will be stress testing more drivetrain components for the rest of us then! Can you imagine how hard your car would launch with slicks and launch control? Soon after that Hank will have to make some custom axles for it!

I guess while I'm here I should update this sucker.

For starters, I'm making some modifications to my AWIC. For now the heat exchanger is going to become a honda civic radiator. This is only temporary in order to get me to BBQ. After BBQ I can really buckle down and make the changes I really want to. I would post pics, but I totally spaced them, and where it's a temporary set up, it's nothing special to look at.
Along with working on the AWIC I installed my new motor mounts from HPR. I was tired of hitting the hood (under load) with the 034 ones, and after one or two times, I had enough of that, so it got these little beastly gems...

OH side note: My 034 ones had not separated, as it turns out I think I was making enough torque to just flex everything upward enough to smack the hood. I was running the 034 track density with their full front poly sub mount with bracket. I really thought I had the engine locked down enough... apparently not.
While I was dinking around, I took a few minutes and finished converting the 01E to a manual speedo.

SO, other than that not much to report. I did a bunch or wiring clean up because I had a complete cluster-EFF under the hood behind the motor. It's still not where I want it to be, but for now it will do. I'm getting super stoked about my IROZ parts showing up, I really think this next set up is going to breath a whole new life into Oceanic. I can't wait!

EDIT: I just realized I have less than two months until BBQ.

Hopefully a substantial update happens soon.
