like I said man, now that it looks like my urq is getting an 07k I may have to go slow on your ecu setup. cant have you with a running car before me and all, you know

Jim, build a new subframe that clears the oil pan, and moves the control arms up and forward. Then make another one and send it to me

we loosely discussed running the car with the stock pan but subframe dropped so we can get the wiring harness stuff done and tested. would be a pain though. finish the pans hank

The intake will be done before the end of the weekend, only have the tb flange and a couple spots i can't get with it bolted to the head. fuel rail fittings are welded also

Looking great Jim.
Drop the subframe and put the old pan back on .
At least you can start it. If' that's possible I would do that for sure.
That way you can focus on all the other stuff until the final pa n is done.

I have a spare but the sump is the wrong angle because it sits straghter in the vw.
