Let me tell you what I think you have and you can comment.
I take it that the 1B ECU has its ignition 1 driver, driving a normal inductive coil and you are connected to a 5 window distributor (the 5 window item is critical).
Can you crank the engine and read RPM with the laptop software?
You say spark is weak, how do you know this and are you sure you have spark at all?
Is the ECU configured (built) for driving a normal 2 terminal coil (some units are built for a 3/4 terminal POS coil).
If you are sure the spark is weak, have you tried bumping the dwell time?
What is you dwell time and dwell degrees?
Any possibility you timing is way off?
Reading some of your thread was confusing WRT the 034 ECU, you mention removing a MAF line and the effecting the ECU running, whats this about?
Is there another "stock" ECU connected and partially in control of the engine?

Not sure how much that'll help. But are you sure your coil is good?

extreme90path wrote:This MAY have already been discussed, but are you 100% your getting fuel? If your getting spark and timing are correct, that pretty much leaves some kind of fuel issue. Just my 2 cents.

extreme90path wrote:Is your coil good? Try swapping it with another? Are you getting a full 12-14v @ the coil?
