Martin Pajak did it in his 84 urq using mixture of URS4 parts and stock parts and 01e box. Turned out real nice. No tunnel mods needed

I thought about a custom oil pan also,however the 07k pan is not a bad design.
Worse case scenario, we could add some baffles if oil starvation was a concern.

I'm leaning towards a tubular subframe with modified control arm positions for both bump steer
correction due to the car being lowered and ...

Funny you mentioned moving the upper rad hose location. I also thought that, but didn't want to be "that guy" as anytime
fabrication and packaging decisions need to be made it's not easy or practical in some cases.
