Re: 93 Red URS4 Build
Just took a few pictures of my S4 with both my brother's 200's and one picture of my girlfriend's 200. Enjoy :)
PS... I'm running an Apikol FMIC, am blocking airflow to anything with where my plate is at? Got pulled over the other day and had to put it on.

Has anyone put the hood and lights from a urs6 or a6 on a urs4? My hood is in pretty rough shape and I like the more modern look of the urs6 front end. I'm just curious how it would look with the urs4 bumper and trim etc. I would love to see some pictures of it.

Good deal man... I was wondering why you sold the b5, tired of the maintenance or just missing the 5 cyl?
Missing the 5 cyl mostly, it is also cheaper to insure, as well as just overall cheaper. Plus this car in particular just felt so solid and reliable, I never quite had that feeling in my B5 ...

Lol thanks for reaffirming my decision never to buy a 2.7tt car. 5 pot is the way to go :)
The entire time I worked on my dad's B5, I was muttering to myself "soon... soon..." while dreaming of the 200. Either that or cursing the S4. I forget, maybe a mix.
Congrats on getting back your car, man ...

Well I ended up using a crowbar and prying it back over the ball. SO... Its finally done and driving. Just need some minor shifter adjustments and it will be perfect.
I have done a few motor pulls, suspension installs, etc. This by far was the most frustrating thing I have done. :bangshead ...

Yes, it is just the single set screw/bolt.
To answer your question from above about how I got the arm off, I just pulled like crazy with my bare hand(s). I was probably really mad at it and started to rage (no roids) on it lol.

Re: 200 20v Shifter Bushing Replacement
You really do need it out of the car to replace the bushing properly. You have to remove the crimped in retaining washer to installing the new bushing. Have you tried moving the shifter from in the car with the set screw removed? That might help free the linkage off the selector shaft. If not try a ...

Re: 200 20v Shifter Bushing Replacement
Yeah, it's a bit of a bear both to get off and back on, but it'll go on, especially if you can get something to pry against it. I'm not properly envisioning your alternative method, but I haven't looked at that setup in a while. It's been a few years at least.

Re: 200 20v Shifter Bushing Replacement
I considered doing that. But what I am trying to do is slide the bracket with the ball on it off the transmission shaft. The part with the set screw type thing in it.
At this point I think I'm going to do it your way and pop the bushing off the ball. I was just worried about getting the new busing ...

200 20v Shifter Bushing Replacement
Hey guys,
My girlfriend recently acquired a 200 20v Avant. When she bought it the shifter was borderline unusable. I traced the problem down to the bushing at the transmission end of the shifter rod. It was completely shot and had so much play im amazed the guy could drive the car at all.

Thanks for the links! I should have specified that I live in the pnw. Not looking to drive super far or fly. Unless it's a built motor big turbo setup for the right price.

Wtt Stage 3 b5s4 avant for urs6 avant.
Hey everyone. I have been looking tirelessly for a urs6 avant. I am looking to either buy one outright or trade my 01.5 imola yellow 6 speed stage 3 b5 s4 avant either receiving cash on top or adding depending on mods etc.

Thanks. I believe it is the 63. Ar. I really should find out for sure. By the time 3k comes along things get pretty lively.

Re: 93 Red URS4 Build
If you have a header/turbo setup that prevents the airbox from fitting, then it's time to come up with an alternative solution. Otherwise, keep it as long as you can. I ran a 3071 on an RS2 manifold with the stock airbox, no issues.

Thanks for the tip. Stock box it is. I looked on 034s website and it would appear as though they removed that claim in their ad for their intake setup.
