Re: NH-AAN bottom end, 91 CQ Glass Moonroof, 17x7.5 4x108 wh
I had two of them professionally hand-straightened (an art for sure) for under 200$. I want to say it was 80$/each. I'd say the machines they use would run about the same. I am selling them at this price because of that. The wheels alone are worth the 450$ that someone may have into them by the time ...

Re: NH-AAN bottom end, 91 CQ Glass Moonroof, 17x7.5 4x108 wh
Thanks Dan! I like them, and would have brought them west with me, but I didn't have the room and wanted to have my winter set on for the drive. I'm honestly surprised that these haven't sold at that price. I had them on the small chassis FB group for a while. There's a chance these could go to ...

NH-AAN bottom end, 91 CQ Glass Moonroof, 17x7.5 4x108 wheels
I have some parts available in NH (the wheels are nearby in VT)
Disassembled AAN bottom end with about 140k. The pistons and rods were removed from the block, the crank is still in the block. $250
Small chassis Torsen rear diff setup - This is a v8 rear diff, a small chassis diff housing, and a ...

Coupe Quattro parts galore
I purchased a non-running but complete Coupe Quattro for parts for my CQ. It has a complete engine bay minus the auxiliary radiator (but I have one from my other coupe). Late build, no bag of snakes manifold. I am working to see if I can get it to start and drive in the next few days. I will split ...

I went through the firewall where the AC lines were on my car. I have a 3B ECU installed in the stock CQ ECU location on the back side of the HVAC box.

Good God that looks awesome with that much tire tucked in there. How do you intend to attach the body/make it removable? Do you have any idea how much the body now weighs? Keep it up, I can't wait to see coupe wheelies haha

Re: Alex's Porsche 968 - 07K Transplant
Ugh, that rack is right where the pickup would go in the longitudinal pan. Looks like a custom pan will be necessary, you could start by pulling the pan and see if there is room without modifying the rack and subframe. Perhaps a 'powered by porsche' custom intake to really piss some people off ...

Start unplugging shit from the back of the fuse block. Also try a new (different) fuse block.

Re: Alex's Porsche 968 - 951 Transplant
Good idea! That will be a pretty unique setup at least for a while haha. I also can appreciate the purist hate factor, and that makes it an even better idea. What did you end up doing with the 951 panels?

Re: ATTENTION B2/B3/B4 Small Chassis Owners!!
Nothing I'm manufacturing, but a thought I have had. It sounds much more official if I say 'Patent Pending' when I throw out my idea.
That said, I'm not sure it would be successful, as there needs to be something solid to contact the chassis. With a sleeve, it is effectively the same design, just ...

Re: ATTENTION B2/B3/B4 Small Chassis Owners!!
Mind sharing a photo or a sketch of the design? I'm not out to steal anything, just curious to see how you went about it. I'm picturing something similar to the aluminum pieces, in poly, with a large retaining washer. I may consider a set for my coupe. It is getting a full suspension overhaul this ...
